Brett 110 - New Gym Equipment For Boxing Club

David Cunningham, Keith Cooper, Steve Hewitt, Stuart Needham (Brett Electrical Department), Andrew Back (Whitstable Asphalt) and Jon Carnell (Engineering & Surveying) spent their volunteering day helping out at the Aylesham and District Boxing Club near Canterbury.

The team helped by Installing new gym equipment, building and installing storage units/admin desk, general maintenance tasks and tidying the gym area.

£660 was donated by the team which will be spent on specialist boxing equipment (junior head guards and gloves), a new junior boxing kit,  sparring and formal bout tops and shorts. The donation will also pay for a new timing clock for sparring and formal bout training.
